Really smart
It's the sequence control system, which puts intelligence into the mechanical part of a storage system. It determines the technical performance. It controls the precise movement of trays, shelves and bins, monitors all safety-relevant procedures, and communicates with the

Megamat has given a modular structure to all its control systems. You can choose between a single control system, operate several interlinked units via a PC, or decide on a sophisticated internal logistics system with integrated stock management. No matter which solution you install today, your system remains flexible.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

Megamat software solutions can significantly reduce average retrieval times and stock levels. Similarly, the location of stock can be optimized: fast-movers are stored in the most quickly accessible locations, slower-moving goods in other areas. Detailed data is acquired and processed without delay; all stock movements are registered immediately. This improves stock control, and permits precise evaluations that serve as the basis for planning and forecasting.

MM550

Overall stock management
You need a powerful stock management system, but without an in-house EDP department or your own IT expert? The MM 550 controller is ideal for companies with small stores and limited numbers of articles. This controller offers you all the advantages of a stock management system – without a PC. No additional investments in hardware or software are necessary. What's more, it also eliminates any questions regarding EDP know-how.

All storage data at hand
The MM 550 controller has its own internal database. Moreover, the data recording
software has an interface for importing article master data in the ASCII or Excel format. This avoids tedious manual data entry. And that's not all: You can also use the controller directly to do your order handling. If your store grows, your logistics simply grows, too: the MM 550 can be expanded easily to include the PC-based stock management system Megalogistik ML.

ML900

Ideal for medium to large stores

High turnover rates in medium to large or multi-level stores require high-performance software in the background. ML 900 is the answer for complex storage structures, up to and including material flow solutions. The powerful logistics system handles the entire article management in static or dynamic storage systems. Your articles, storage and free locations, evaluations, and system services are just a click away. ML 900 not only optimizes the existing storage volume, but also the access times.

Features and advantages

Like all Megamat solutions, the ML 900 has a modular structure, and can be adapted individually to your company's processes. Linking to a host with ERP/PPS services is simple, because the software has a standardized interface. Thanks to the clear and well-designed operating displays, the ML 900 is easy to use.
