ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT WORKBENCHES
With its ergonomic comfort and flexible functionality, Lista's new Align Adjustable Height Workbench adjusts easily to accommodate the worker with the appropriate worksurface height to reduce fatigue, stress and potential injury. Its ergonomic design optimizes production throughput for a range of highly productive tasks, including repair, testing and assembly of mechanical and electronic products and components, packaging, calibration and R&D development. The height of the worksurface can be easily adjusted from 25 1/2" to 41 1/2" through the use of a motorized lift, hand crank or slide leg platform. The motorized version can be preset with three height positions and can support up to a 1,000 lbs, dynamic load. All uprights and components move in relation to the worksurface height.



ISSUE COUNTER
The Lista modular issue counter maximizes usable storage and workspace, while improving item retrieval and inventory control. Creating an organized, professional image, the issue counter is configured with modular, high-density drawer storage cabinets and shelf cabinets, and can be paired with Lista's butcher block, steel or plastic laminate countertops. The issue counter's cabinets provide clean, safe storage for a diverse array of different sized and shaped fast-moving items, such as hardware, light bulbs, plumbing fixtures, tools and repair parts, while allowing easy and fast retrieval. The countertop provides ample space for computer workstations, reference materials and parts awaiting pick- up.



FLOW RACKS

The Nexus(tm) System Flow Racks present parts for picking, kitting or assembly. The system uses gravity to deliver parts, components and cartons, thus reducing the need for parts delivery personnel. This allows one person to service more production or packaging stations. Also, by assembling flow racks in rows, you can achieve even greater productivity and convenience. The flow racks are modular and can be equipped to exactly meet user needs. They accept any Nexus System accessory, including shelves, lights, power and articulating arm accessories. By adding a worksurface, a flow rack becomes a highly efficient assembly or work station.





STANDS & MOBILE TROLLIES (more info)
Nexus(tm) stationary stands and mobile trolleys complement production, repair or assembly workspaces. These mini-stations hold and/or transport parts, tools, test equipment or other items, with the convenience of a small footprint. Nexus Stationary Stand framers are sturdy, heavy gauge steel. They can be ordered in either rear-justified or center-justified configurations to meet user needs. With the addition of a worksurface, the stand becomes a workbench. Nexus Mobile Trolleys are also available in either rear-justified or center-justified configurations, and make a highly versatile workstation or workbench companion.






MECHANICS TOOL BOXES
The durable, mobile Mechanic's Toolboxes are mini workstations and high-density storage cabinets on wheels. They can be easily maneuvered to bring parts, tools and equipment directly to repair sites. The toolboxes feature a specially designed wide top drawer for storing longer tools and include Lista's patented PrevenTip® one-drawer-at-a-time interlock safety system to prevent accidental tipping. For secure storage and easy transport of parts and tools, they come complete with a locking system and handles, as well as two rigid and two swivel heavy-duty ball bearing casters with wheel brakes.






STORAGE WALLS (more info)
The Lista Storage Wall® System is a flexible storage system that combines modular drawers, shelves and roll-out trays to optimize storage space by allowing large, medium and small items to be stored together. Drawers, shelves and roll-out trays can be interchanged and re-configured within the system at any time. A variety of different drawer heights provides storage for a range of items from very small parts to large tools and supplies.

COMBINATION CABINETS (more info)
The Lista modular Combination Cabinets serve as an ideal solution for storing, securing and moving items of varied size and shape. These cabinets feature full-width top drawer(s), which can store unusually long items safely and securely. The cabinets can be configured with a variety of drawer sizes, either full or shadow depth, and feature an optional shelf or roll-out tray for storage of bulky items.
